IV. Weather Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule if weather or environmental conditions prevent safe or effective detailing.
5. Vehicle Handling, Condition, Liability, and Insurance
I. Vehicle Handling and Movement: In certain cases, Mynextguard may need to move the client’s vehicle slightly to position it within the containment berm or service area. This movement is performed only with the client’s consent and for the sole purpose of providing the detailing service safely and in compliance with city environmental regulations. While every precaution is taken, Mynextguard assumes no liability for pre-existing issues or mechanical failures that may occur while moving the vehicle.
II. Pre-Inspection: We conduct a visual inspection before starting any service to record existing damage such as scratches, dents, or stains.
III. Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.
IV. Heavily Soiled Vehicles: Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or mold may result in additional charges. Clients will be informed before service continues.
V. Results Disclaimer: Results may vary based on the condition, materials, and age of the vehicle. Some permanent stains, oxidation, or deep scratches may not be completely removed.
VI. Insurance Coverage: Mynextguard Mobile Auto Detailing is fully insured for all services performed. In the unlikely event of an incident, we will handle any verified damage claims in accordance with our insurance policy and liability terms.
VII. Neighboring Vehicles:
Mynextguard exercises caution to prevent water, soap, or product overspray from reaching nearby vehicles or property. However, light splash or mist may occur in shared parking areas or tight spaces. In such cases, our team may perform a gentle courtesy wipe-down using clean water and microfiber to remove any visible residue. No further cleaning or contact will be made without the neighboring vehicle owner’s consent.
6. Water and Power Supply
I. Self-Contained Setup: We are a fully equipped mobile service carrying our own water, power, and containment systems.
II. Eco Compliance: We strictly follow all applicable water-recovery bylaws and environmental regulations within Vancouver and the surrounding regions, ensuring wastewater is responsibly contained and disposed of at approved facilities.
7. Safety and Accessibility
I. Safe Workspace: The work area must be clear of pets, children, and obstacles.
II. Service Conditions: We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, poorly lit, or unsuitable (e.g., uneven surfaces or limited space).
8. Warranties and Guarantees
I. Quality Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our work. However, no express or implied warranty is provided beyond what is described for each package.
II. Product Warranty: Product-specific warranties (e.g., ceramic coating/sprays) are honored according to the manufacturer’s terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
I. Accidental Damage: While we use professional-grade tools, products, and techniques, minor accidents can occasionally occur (for example, a cracked mirror, glass breakage, or trim damage). In such cases, we will take full responsibility for reasonable, direct repairs related to the incident.
II. Product Reactions: We use high-quality, tested detailing products that are safe for most vehicle finishes. However, due to variations in paint, chrome, wrap materials, aftermarket parts, and prior treatments, chemical reactions or fading can occur in rare cases. Mynextguard cannot be held responsible for such outcomes where product compatibility or pre-existing surface conditions are factors.
III. Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage that results from pre-existing wear, oxidation, loose trim, cracks, peeling chrome, or aged paint that may worsen during cleaning.
IV. Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any damage claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in which the issue occurred.
V. No Indirect or Consequential Damages: Mynextguard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as loss of use, vehicle value, emotional distress, or missed work arising from service performance.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
I. Data Use: We value your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or payment is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for communication and service purposes.
11. Modifications to Terms
I. Policy Updates: We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational or legal
changes. The “Last Updated” date above will always show the most recent version.
12. Governing Law
